You name your top three patterns together, design one shared experiment, and leave with a Culture Compact: a document your team actually made, not one handed to them.

WHAT THIS IS
A facilitated half-day working session plus a 30-day practice cycle
The 30-Day Shift is a focused, facilitated experience for a specific team ready to look at themselves honestly together. It starts with a half-day workshop. It ends 30 days later with a debrief on what shifted.
Phase 1: The Workshop (Half Day)
Group Voting
Each person votes on their top patterns. The heat map reveals where the group converges and where the outliers are.
The Spectrum
The team runs the top 3 patterns through the Stuck-to-Shift spectrum: where are we now, where do we want to be.
Experiment Design
The group brainstorms and votes on one concrete experiment to run together over the next 30 days.
The Culture Compact
A shared document capturing patterns, spectrums, commitments, and each person's individual pledge.
Phase 2: The 30-Day Experiment
The team runs the experiment you designed together. The Culture Compact is your reference point. No check-ins or reporting required, just the work of practicing something different.
Phase 3: The Debrief (60 Minutes)
One month later we reconnect. What did the team try? What shifted, even slightly? Where did things get stuck? This call is also the natural moment to decide whether deeper organizational work makes sense.
