WHAT THIS IS

A 6-week organizational assessment: interviews, focus groups, full report, and roadmap

The Diagnosis is a rigorous, structured assessment of your organizational patterns, your active culture risks, and what shifting would actually require. It is not a survey or just a workshop. You leave with a 15 to 20 page report and a credible roadmap your leadership team can act on. We use your existing data and listen to your people to build a full picture of what is actually happening.

WEEKS 1-2: Listen

Leadership intake interviews (3 to 5 people) and 2 to 3 cross-level focus groups. We are listening for which of the 8 organizational patterns are showing up, how strongly, and what is driving them.

WEEK 4: Diagnostic Workshop
WEEK 5: Full Report

All patterns mapped against the Pattern Shift Wheel. Each scored by intensity: dormant, active, or entrenched. Active and compounding culture risks identified.

A 3-hour session with your leadership team. We present the Pattern Map, run the spectrum on your top 3 to 4 patterns together, and begin building shared language around what needs to shift.

A 15- to 20 page Culture Report delivered:

  • Executive summary

  • All 8 patterns assessed with signal strength

  • Active and compounding culture risks

  • Dream states and shift targets

  • Intervention roadmap using the Unlearning Cycle

  • Recommended priorities for the next 90 days

WEEK 6: Debrief

A 90-minute session with your leadership team to walk through the report, pressure-test the roadmap, and decide together what comes next.
