The Diagnosis
A thorough six-week look at your whole organization. Leadership intake interviews, cross-level focus groups, synthesis and pattern mapping across all 8 patterns, a 3-hour diagnostic workshop with your leadership team, and a full 15–20 page Culture Report, delivered with a 90-minute debrief and a clear 90-day action roadmap.

Culture Shift Partnership
A three-year engagement that starts with us leading and ends with your team running it. Year 1 is the foundation: shared language, named patterns, and the first experiments. Year 2 builds internal capacity, capability, clarity, and confidence in your team. Year 3, your people own the process. We are always here to support if needed.
