A six-week cohort for people navigating similar cultures together. Peer accountability, shared pattern recognition, and collective unlearning.
Culture patterns are collective. They are inherited, reinforced, and sustained by groups of people. Working on them in community creates something that individual coaching cannot: the experience of being seen by people who are living the same tension. The Pattern Shift Circle is built on that premise.

The Circle is not group therapy and it is not a workshop. It is a facilitated practice space where a small group of people do pattern work together and hold each other accountable in community with other humans navigating a complex world.

Six weeks of facilitated collective unlearning
The Shared Map
Everyone starts with the same framework (the Pattern Shift Wheel) and sees both their individual patterns and the ones the group holds in common.
The Pattern Shift Circle brings together 4–6 people navigating similar organizational cultures for six weeks of structured pattern work. Using the Pattern Shift Wheel as a shared framework, participants map their individual patterns, find the threads they share, and practice shifting together.
The Witness
Being seen by peers who are living the same tension creates a kind of accountability that a coach alone cannot provide. The group is part of the practice.
The Practice
Each week closes with a specific practice commitment. The following week opens with a reflection on what happened and what you learned.
The Compact
The Circle closes with a group compact: shared commitments to what each person is choosing to practice and how the group will hold each other to it.
